I have diagnosed my vehicle with haveing bad valve guides/ seals. the car smokes on start-up, and smokes more heavily depending on how long it has been sitting. I've searched and I think it is the vavle guides/ seals but any other ideas would be welcome. However, I had the head resurfaced less than 5k miles ago when I put on my metal head gasket. It just chaps my ass cause I would like to spend my money elsewhere on my car instead of the head. Not to mention how long it takes to get off. Also worth mentioning, my car doesn't even have 88k original miles. Could i be looking at a blown turbo instead? I'm useing the stock ct-26 and it has been boosting 9-10lbs for probebly over 10k miles now. I know its useing oil because I'm constantly having to put in more. I'm not running a catch can, but when I took off the charge pipes, there wasn't too much oil on the inside. Just a small coating/ skim on the inside. any help is appriciated.
