Need help with oil return!

Hello, I am turboing a N/A motor, I was just wondering if the plate under the oil filter, marked with an m could be used as the return. Thanks.

Negative. I beleive it's pressurized.

Someone correct me if I'm mistaken.

It's the pressure port for the Aussie/Hot climates NA Oil Cooler valve.
