I worked at a ranch in Colorado last year (I live in Alabama). While I was there, I took a bunch of photos (I was hired as a wrangler, not as a photographer; the photos were not part of the job). I framed one of the prints and gave it to the ranch and put it in their office.
Fast forward a year, I find out that they are printing business cards with my photo across the front, and they never asked for my permission to do so.
Do I have a case against him, and how should I go about it? I'm bringing it up here because I don't have the funds to hire a lawyer at this point.
