Im having a few problems with my car since the rebuild and since i got it running.

(1)Something is wrong with my charging system. Im getting 11.7 volts with the key turned in the "on" position. but when i start the car, the voltage slowly drops from 10v down a tenth every few seconds until the voltage drop to 9v and below. I know i should be getting in the 12's with the car running, but the volts keep dropping. I put in a new battery and swap the alternator and same problem.
I looked at the alternator fuse real carefully, and its not blown but from lookin thru the viewing hole it looks a little discolored on one side. My next step Im gonna take is swap out the alt fuse.

Problm # (2). I do not know if this is related to my voltage problems but im also having safc2 trouble. Im using an sac2, lex, 550's, afpr, no fpd, no j-tube, walbro 255, 12v mod. Im having trouble with the car running lean at idle. The a/f's even get erratic at times.
When I start the car cold for the first 30 seconds my wideband shows the car running bout 14.7 a/f. Then after the 30 seconds suddenly the car wants to run lean, and I have to adjust my idle to +25 to +50 to get it back to 14.7. Then when the motor warms up im seems like once again the ecu takes over and runs 14.7 a/f at idle an I can bring the idle adjustment back to around zero. wtf is going on? ive double checked my wiring, and safc2 seems to be working properly. I HAVE ZERO CODES. I remember a guy named "91T4" on the forums who had the same exact problem. I have tried adjusting my fuel pressure but still no change in how the ecu acts. Ive tried running from 25 up to 41 psi fuel pressure, but i cant get the ecu to stop acting all wacky. All ground wires have been checked. karmen frequency is bout 20 at idle.
Also in the last day ive noticed that a few dash lights have come on like "brake light" and "battery". I never had those lights flashing before and now they are on. wtf. this is pissing me off.
Do you guys think there is anyway that my bad charging systen could be making the ecu go lean like that? im lost. any help would be appreciated thanks

My wideband indicates like 11.5-12.0 when started stone cold then slowly drops to 14.7 after about 30 seconds. Does your car stumble or stall if you don't adjust the safc? If it dosen't then it sounds like a faulty a/f reading. Having to adjust 25-50% will definately make a huge differance in how the engine is running at idle. When I first got my wideband, I would adjust my safc to like 30% rich just to see what the computer would do, and surprisingly it only took the computer like 3 seconds to bring it from 10:1 right back to 14.7:1. When the engine is cold, the ecu is in "open loop", where it ignores the o2 sensor, but when the ecu recieves a thumbs up from the temp sensor it goes into "closed loop", where it takes the o2 readings and adjusts accordingly. It sounds like you may have a problem with the cold start injector, or related circuit(relay, time switch, etc.) Pull the cold start injector and see if it is clogged. The egr gas blows right on in and can clog them solid. Mine was caked solid after 120K miles of egr blowing on it. Oh and I would definately get your voltage issue squared away. Low voltage can impair the ecu's judgement  :)
