Need help to street tune a safc 2

Well I'm getting my supra back from 935motorsport and I wanted to learn how to operate/tune my supra. I have a 7mgte w/ titan 1.4 mhg, arp tq to 90lb, hks intercooler/piping hks ssqv bov, 3in. Ddp,test pipe,hks catback exhaust,aeromotive afpr,zt2 wideband,greddy ebc,

Well I have some info such as set low-th 69% and hi-th 70% because the car is close loop until 69% and open @ 70%. And you will want to keep an ideal a/f of 10.5 @wot under boost. So some Q's are how do you make the car run richer and leaner? What rpm do you start adjussting in each gear? Can someone give me a crash course in tuning with safc

would help if we knew what fuel mods were done...like lex afm, 550's, fuel pump, etc....if your on stock ecu with stock afm then you dont need to tune

The engine runs rich (safety measure) from stock, so tuning the a/f ratio can pull a little bit of power. However, as gab said above me, it's not needed. You really do not need it on the stock AFM and injectors as the stock computer is mapped for them. It's only when you upgrade fuel and/or intake (afm to lexus v8 housing) that you need to tune your a/f.

Well I'm just trying to learn how to use the unit first I'm getting lex and 550 next week. So really it prep work. When I putt them in I'm going to wanna tune it but don't wanna have to keep spending money on letting someone else do it. If you don't know how to operate one then your input is not needed. I rather learn how to do it with everything stock first than to put all those mods and be way over my head

I have mine at 30% and 50% but I am NA but the basic is still the same, you want to start the adjusting when you are on the throttle at least half way.

TO Adjust I'd start at 3k and 500 increments up to 6500, to adjust to make rich you +% to lean it out you -% Keep in mind when you are boosting in that RPM range you want ot make your larger adjustments
