Need help thinking of topic for "Argument and Persuation" essay

Okay I have an essay due in a few days and need help thinking of a topic. There needs to be 2 sides to this argument. Topics that can not be used are death penalty and abortion. Just throw out some ideas that can work. I will probably start this tomorrow.

Or since there is already a thread on it, whether marijuana should be legalized or not. Or...

Just to name a few because our class had to do something similar in a Sociology class.

btw....I don't mean to sound as if I think marijuana should be legal, because I don't but I know of a few friends who are always arguing with me stating that it is much safer than alcohol, which is legal.
