Ok in short my car will not start. It is so much more then that because it is acting really strange. It will only start when one plug is out. I was running through troubleshooting proceedures (checking spark, fuel, compression etc.) and I had Spark and fuel. I can't check compression since I have no compression tester.
The car started when checking spark in cylinder one but not with the plug in the hole.. What is going on? What should i look for please please help this is my only driveable car and I have work tuesday. PLEASE> :icon_conf
ps. I also checked to see if I had some ground issue between coil plate and head. I have continuity.

Didn't notice any water coming out of the cylinder? Sounds like a possible hydrolocking situation, I had to remove my #3 plug every time to start my black car when she had BHG.

no i didn't notice any water. I also checked my resivoir and radiator for dirty coolant because I thought the same thing. The coolant was fine. I sure hope it isn't a bhg. I have no other sign of that ( discolored coolant, not cranking, overheating etc.)

If the motor is turning but won't fire, then I'd suspect some sort of short in the plug to ground (bent electrode?). I don't know what a direct short from the coil to G would do but it probably would kill spark to cylinder #1 and #6 (one coil per 2 plugs). That might be enough to prevent the car from starting.

I'd gap and/or replace your plugs.

i just re-gaped my plugs and inspected them because they are relitevialy new maybe 8k miles max. two had some oil in the valley hole and they all were a lite tan color and they had carbon build up arround the electrode. I am in the process of wiring them back up and clean off all electrical componants having to do with ignition.

I found the problem!!! :) After clean all my plugs, wires, and coils the car started. This puzzled me but I took it for a test drive arround town. Came back no problems, but I never shut my car off and restarted it. So i tried to restart the car same problem but this time it would just click and nothing like a dead battery. I hooked a multimeter to the battery it read 12.5 volts. Which is cool. tried to start it with the meter on the battery. it started and voltage dropped to 9.5 then right up to 13.5-14.
That all seemed normal. but the car didn't stay on in slow dropped to 500 then 400 then stalled. So i tried another test I turned on all electronics 9 defroster, cruise, wipers, climate control etc.) then tried to start it. Car wouldn't crank and battery read 1.5 volts and climbed very slow to 12.5. i waited for maybe 10 minutes and tried again. Same thing. So the battery is shot i bought a new one and no problems happenned again. Starts fine, idles normal, and restars with all electrics on fine. :) Thanks for everyones help.
