Need Help on rebuild!!!!!

Hi Members,

Well im gonna start my rebuild pretty soon and need sources on where to go and take my block to get rebuilt and head. Also what are the best things to do or required to do on a rebuild. This would be the second time around on the head is going to get resurfaced. Im gonna need shops around the Los Angeles area that members have gone to and know the quality work. This would is my project and really want to get this right this time really miss my 91 teal supra. So things that I need--

-shop to take the Block, head
-Parts that I need to buy for the rebuild ( Basic stuff) (I know Im gonna need parts to go faster but just need the basic for the rebuild)
-Shops name and number

what i did was pay an 89 dollar fee to take an auto class at a college where i live. And i got to do all the machine work myself, with the overlook of the instructor ofcourse. It costs ALOT less than it would if u had it done and you would be using the same machines. And i know its all done right. At least thats what i did.

Its also fun to figure out everything that goes inside your motor. It gives you confidence. lol

but i dnt know where to direct you to send your stuff in. Just giving you an idea.

No offense but, pay someone who's done it more than once to do it correctly.

I'd recommend Rich @ SIP, personally.. he puts out some great looking motors that perform..

well ya if you have the money, send it out.

But if you have all the schematics, specs and what not, and the right machinery, you can do it right yourself easily. lol

But if your arent confident you can do it or able not to do it yourself then ya i hear Rich is a trust worthy person to handle your merchandise. lol

Have an estimate in how much would it cost?

There are things to do with the 7M that others do not know what to do, There are little snags that you have to know how to get by when building a 7M.. Send it to someone who has knowledge around the 7M platform and knows what they are doing. Your in socal so I would recommend Aaron at driftmotion.
