Well here is a short summary of engine and car. this car was originally a 7mge auto i just finished swaping a 7mgte with a w58. I have a parts car 88 turbo the long block had a really bad head gasket so i decided that i did not want to rebuild that block because it looked really bad with cylinders filled with water and surface rust on camshafts. so i looked around in the for sale thread and found the zankoku long block so i bought it and swaped all the parts form parts car in to the the engine and droped the engine into the n/a body.
so basically i have the zankoku long block with metal head gasket and arp studs, stock injectors, driftmotion 2.5 intercooler, stock exhaust from my 88 parts car, new spark plugs and wires where relatively new so i did not chage them, k&n air filter, new o2 sensor, rebuilt w58 act new clutch, basically stock except the intercooler. so i failed my smog check twice here are the results this is my first 7mgte engine so relatively new to this engine i have a 86.5 N/a auto that i dd.

i was running extreamly rich and timming was off even thou i took it to a shop so that they could do the timing for me since i lack a timing gun after this i replaced o2 sensor bought a timing gun and did the timing myself should have done this the first time.

this is the second time that i did it still rich but better results now i checked the injectors omhs to see if there with in tsrm spec and they were. so i need ideas of where the problem could be located any help would be awesome thanks in advance.
