Should the new aluminum flywheel be hard to get on? I have an auto and I'm doing a 5 speed swap. Is the crank any different diameter? It may sound stupid, but the aluminum flywheel is very tight and I didn't want to hurt anything. I've put the bolts in to try and pulll it on, but it is extremely tight. Is this normal? Thanks alot...............:1zhelp:

Well I guess no one knew the answer. I have finally stumped SM. Either that or you all have a life and you're actually out doing something on a Saturday night. No, not me, I'm out underneath my car trying to get it back together.
The answer to my question is, Tighten the S.O.B. down until it is flush. It went on good, but it took some persuading.

the fly wheel should just bolt on rather easily but there is a metal spacer on the crank that you need to remove before you put the flywheel on. any other questions send me a pm. I did this swap last year and it was actually pretty easy.
