Ok, look at this engine, hope the owner doesn't mind me using the pic, and RIGHT behind the alternator is a hose. RAther larger and its under the red hose, its the visual one RIGHT behind that alternator! (Black in color, with a silver clamp on it)

You shouldn't need a part number for that hose. Save yourself some money and buy some hose the same size as that and is rated to hold oil, cut to fit, clamp down, done .

I went to ol peppy boys and they let me look in the back with all of the other preformed hoses, so I only had to trim one end, and it had all of the spiffy bends like the stock one. If you use any old hose it will work, but may get pinched when you bend it.

if you use straight hose, it WILL pinch. if you have the old hose then you can play the match game at the parts store, otherwise its only like 25-32 clams at the stealership.
