N/A to 7M-GTE swap

OK so im getting a GTE for my 88 N/A i was just wondering if the harnesses are diffrent between the NA and the turbo im sure they are i just want to clarifi that. another thing is there any diffrents from the na head and the turbo head, are the parts from each heads inerchangeable? I.E. Like the cams valves and so on. thank you for the help.

Yes, the harnesses are very different. N/A has a distributor, 1 knock sensor, ect. The turbo has the Coil pack, CPS, 2 knock sensors, ect.

The heads are the same except for the Intake cams and the valve covers.
