okay, so i work with this dude that is all about turbo dodges. like the shelby csx and the omni and shit. they all use cams from the n/a versions of thier motors and get a good 15-20 hp out of them. would this rule also apply to the 7m? i have a 90t and there is a 89 n/a in the yard i could get the cams for like 30 bucks. anything worth it?

What?^^ Do you mean that you've lost the "flat" torque curve?
ok, so whats the verdict on this? does it work or not? or is it like specific to my car? i dont want to lose any top end if thats the case. i wont do it if thats the way it happens. but, if its proven then ill give it a try.

As I recall, it works until you're boosting enough to make about 325hp, but after that it begins to choke your motor.
