Just want to share my setup with everyone and get some input/possibley some suggestions, critisisms, whatever (except my wastegate, I've taken enough flak for that already, I dont need to here it anymore  I know its an ebay gate, It may or may not work, I will find out and buy a better gate AS needed)

Set up so far is

SP63 .81 a/r
ebay manifold
2 1/2" spacers/gaskets
Ebay 50mm wastegate: Dissasembled it and cleaned it out and made sure every last little part is smoothly functioning and working properly. We will see if it works or not.

3" SS v-band downpipe, Tight radius 1d (3" centerline radius bend to fit in the small amount of room the ebay mani leaves for a DP) work in progress: I have the first leg of it done so far, need a couple 45 bends and I'm set. I may end up side dumping the exhaust doing a 3" race muffler to a 1-3 collector on the end of the downpipe and doing 3 2" pipes out the passenger side, very group A race car-ish :) I like to make noise.....

I plan on going MAFPRO and Speed density with an Innovate LC-1 Wideband and my laptop for fuel management and tuning.

Single walbro (for now). Plans for summer are new -6 lines all the way, Kenne Bell Boost A Pump (a single walbro will do 550rwhp by itself and I only really want 600rwhp) so the BAP will give me that little extra bit of fuel I need without pushing the walbro overly hard and its a lot easier than doing a dual setup and a big Aeromotive/weldon seems like overkill for 600rwhp.

750cc Delphi injectors: coming soon.

Clutch will be along the lines of an ACT HD/RPS 3200 and an HPF Feramic disk. Not totally sure as of yet.

And a TIAL 50mm bov for sure.

The stuff I've had for a while now and will continue to use:

2.5" hardpipes (may go 3" in future, not sure yet).
Ebay 18x12x3 core intercooler, best bang for buck mod I've done to the car yet.
FFIM converted stocker w/stock throttle body (again, will upgrade in the future, but it will suffice for now)

Picture time:

turbo/mani/wg

Turbo/DP

turbo/mani

That is all. Thanks for looking :faint:

looks good man!

you might consider going to a bigger pump tho. 600rw is pushing it for all its got. id rather have a bigger pump w/ more headroom.

let me know if i can help you w/ the injectors. wasnt sure if you had those bought yet or not.

good luck getting it all together.

do you happen to know how well that turbo will spool and the max hp? Project looks great though. Oh and what are you going to use to tune the car?

Amazing how small that comp wheel is in relation to the housing.

I'm guessing it isn't a "P-trim" 4" wheel?

p trim isnt 4"

what kinda coupler is that off the turbo? looks rubber?
