here are a few pics of my polishing. these are some of the things i have learned from trial and error.

first is a befor pic

northwestsupra: um i bough some abrasive pads i found by luch at an industrial shop up here. the take the ruff aluminum done o like a brused finish man it saved me like 4 steps from how i usd to do it. then three different types of compounds and polishing wheels. ill post some pics:icon_bigg


cruisnhard: the answer is yes and very cheaply if you would like. um just let me know what you want done.

ok here are some of the things i used to do this
here is the abrasive pads i bought

they atach to a anglegrainder with a special mounting tool

this pic is what it loks like only after that one tool in about 15 mins.:icon_bigg
no more raw hands for me!

then i use all this stuff with a bench grinder and a drill gun. and thats how i do it. i can probably do both valve covers in about 4 hrs.
