I thought I'd post up what I do other than cars, Its a hobby that I have been doing now currently for 8 years. Flying radio control helicopters professionally and competitively. I started as just a hobby for fun when I was younger, and it grew and I became sponsored by some of the best companies in the R/C industry. I started when I was 10 years old and learned the basics, after THOUSANDS of hours of practice and many years, hundreds of crashes and over 8,000.00 worth of equipment and crash/parts costs over the years it has turned into what I do now. My brother used to take me to the local field when I was 12 in his 400HP 89 Supra on the way to his work. Thats the reason I own a supra now..

Anyways enough with the background, here are some videos and pictures :)

Ill answer some of the most commonly asked questions

How high does it go? (As High as you can see it, I run a Spread spektrum 2.4 Ghz high out put transmitter)

Average repair costs? (Larger competition heli average crash repair costs are about 200.00 per crash) (smaller helis 80-100 per crash)

How much does it cost? (Larger competition heli's fully setup 1500-2000.00, smaller funfly and in between practice helis 600-1000.00

Oh and yes, they can kill you, take a head off in an instant

In Phoenix Arizona for an event (Going back end of this February)

Wow those videos are amazing.
What does the controller look like on the fancy one?

Thanks for sharing, I had no idea there was a niche for competitive "heli" flying.

Mecevans I wish I had some of my FPV video's still. I also used to fly comp. and IMAC 3D airplanes but got bored with it.

I use the same transmitter for all my models..

Fun hobby man. I'm not worthy of flying in the same area as you. I can't do any 3d, but I have a ton of fun with my blade msr

Dang, nice flying man! Have you been in any magazines recently? I swear I saw your name in a FlyRC issue... Too bad you live in Vegas, I would say we should go flying sometime.
