DSC00728.JPGits a 2001 kawasaki ninja 500. metalic violet purple and grey. 33800 miles. droped and or crashed once each by the previous 3 owners. both exhaust cans are scraped up as well as the top fairing on both sides. i happen to view the blemishes as a plus because it means i wont feel as bad when i eventually drop it. (this is my first bike)

engine sounds and feels strong as does the transmission. as far as i can tell.

i paid 2000. seemed like a good price, seeing that its summer. had i bought it in winter, i would have tryed to talk him down a bit.

i should post some better pics tommorow when the sun comes back, as long as i dont get flamed too bad :icon_razz

all joking aside. this is my first bike. i wanted something smaller to learn on before steping up to a supersport.

lol, those bikes haven't changed sicne they where designed...in the 80's

Great bikes though as they're still faster than most cars, reliable as hell, and won't try and kill you like a lot of the repli-racers...

Personaly I want a new Ninja 250...

yes, the 08+ ninja 250 is a hot bike. but good luck finding one.

also, im a bit of a heavyweight, so i need the extra cc's to push my fat ass down the freeway.
