Hello ladies and gentleman, my name is Berto and i am an mk3 owner she is an 87 4 speed auto. My dad bought her when i was 16. He pissed off my mom because she wanted a vehicle for the family!
I thought she was the coolest thing when i first saw her but i didn't realize what we had until i played that first Gran Turismo game for the ps1. ( or is it the other way around, i played the game first then he got the car???!!) He gave her to me when i was about 17 or 18. Some hater in high school broke open my gas cover with a flat head and put sugar in my gas tank. :3d_frown:
Well one rainy fall day when i was 19 my woman called me crying so i rushed to where she was and dammit i spun out :1zhelp: and i didn't correct my baby the right way and i jumped the curb. Luckily i sped off pretty quickly so i was the only car around they were all behind me by a decent distance. LUCKILY the damage was minimal i had a broken passenger side rear wheel bearing and the spindle had a small crack. And my rim well it looked like someone had sanded it down damn..
But get this i still drove to where that girlfriend was and I ENDED UP HAVING TO GIVE HER SISTER A JUMP!! with my beautiful supra that had just been banged up because i was a jackass...My car has HEART!! :love: I will always be grateful to her for that.
So here we are now i am looking for those parts. A passenger side rear spindle and wheel bearing..
Right now she has no performance parts installed. I have lexus rims on it a pretty nice exhaust and two 12' subs. She has a TINY bit of rust.
PLANS: I am going to paint her a nice shiny black, i am going to lower her and i am going to get her some 18' ssr sp1 professors with those beautiful chrome lips. I want to do an engine swap. I'm gonna get a 1jz 5 speed man.
So there it is, my Supra. Hopefully i'll have a build thread soon. Thanks for reading....
