I don't know why I'm posting this but after all that work and having no idea what I'm doing and modding the harness a bit it was able to start up :O

Just got one oil leak and PS leak to fix which I already found just have to tighten clamps (Forgot to do that) And several water leaks that might be a pain.. But otherwise only other problems I know are that weird startup it does, and I hear something rattling on the right side of the car under the engine when it torques over. Not sure if it's the downpipe tapping the body or that engine to trans brace piece that was broken on one screw..

Thanks :D Well mine was on the road with a 7mge before :p. Got all leaks fixed, fixing powersterring and diff tomorrow... Then it's onto a bit smoother idle cause I need a filter adapter!

Lol. I hope that smoke is still just smoke from the paint burning in.. Cause it's still smoking a bit D:

Yeah well I like having it all ready to go some reason. I even put the interior back together before the start! But the radiator hooked up showed me all my water leaks at least.

Nothing like hearing that engine fire over for the first time. Its a feeling of relief and anxiety all at the same time...at least for me it is.

greasy finder prints and other oils on the exhaust often do this after not seeing a heat cycle for so long. When i'd have to us PB blaster on downpipe bolts the car would smoke for a good 10-15 after

Ah well after fixing the power steering and diff and driving it around a bit it quit smoking so no biggie :)

Now I just got to figure out this fuel cut code 34. and get my idle under control but it's drivable and doesn't stall!

Well a filter helped my idle a ton. Still a high idle but a solid idle no matter.

Replaced most all my broken clamps on my intake and IC piping. Still got a fuel cut..

I made a homemade boost leak tester really. Just got a 3.5" PVC plug drilled a shredder valve in it, plugged it into the accordian Hooked up a compressor to it with like 10-35psi in different steps couldn't find any obvious leaks :/

Lol I have no idea no boost gauge :( Factory one got cut up so I couldn't use that. I figure I'd best wait to get money for a boost controller instead of buying a gauge and a controller later too. Yes it's a fuel cut, it would happen at like 3500 rpm when full boost starts going, but I could still hold throttle and fuel cut the way up to 6k.. And then I'd do another pull and suddenly there's no fuel cut. If it somehow is actually fuel cut for too much power I have it in the shop putting the exhaust back on so hope that'll bring it down just enough under fuel cut. xD But it only had an open dpp at the time. I don't know what work was done on the turbo before but the engine had been worked on. I feel the turbo spooling at about 2500rpm, and feel really all of the power at like 3500.
