My external waste gated stock manifold and turbo, pure awesomeness!

Got everything done today and the turbo rebuilt with a new thrust bearing. New Blitz blow off valve welded on for the time being (my tial comes tomorrow) Oh well I kinda like the sound of the blitz.

Running a very simple setup, 1 and 1/2 inch stainless elbow coming off one of the runners to a 2 bolt 38mm External waste gate, Open dump with a 10 PSI base spring.

I used a threaded collar welded to an old waste gate actuator arm and made a bracket that bolts to the stock location of the internal gate actuator that gets a bolt and a locking nut to pull the stock WG arm closed.

Boost holds so much more solid now, spools harder and sooner now because the WG doesn't start to crack like the stock internal and sounds amazing. Will have some pics tomorrow but here are some videos:
