My birthday present from Vixen

My wife surprised me with a gift for my car for my birthday. It is a new hood liner or fire protectant thingymajig. I don't know what it's called, but I love it. My old one was torn and now this really helps the looks of my engine bay. On with the before and after pics now.

It took maybe ten minutes tops to remove the old one and install the new one. I bought new clips from Advance Auto Parts. I used the clips that work for the Ford. They didnt' have any toyota clips, but they are the exact same as what I took off. Hope you enjoyed the show and don't forget to tip your waitress.

As far as looks go..........God could have been a little kinder to me, but you learn to live with all of the gasps and quick head turning with the occasional puker................:wtc:

Looks great Jay!!! Just so you know that liner = factory toyota parts!!!! Also when Vixen was trying to buy that for you she made some poor parts guy cry because she knew more about what she wanted than he did....lol. :biglaugh: It really does complete the bay though.
