My awesome license plate...kinda :)

I need to get a new license plate (fire damage), and I wanted a vanity plate...but, the phrase I have picked out is proving to be quite enigmatic to *some* people...so, can everyone tell me what they think about this plate? And please tell me if you got the meaning right away or not? :biglaugh:

Took me a while to get that it reads "Totally 80's"
If I were on the road trying to figure it out, id probably be in an acident.
IMO, dont waste money on vanity plates.
