Ok I got a 2JZGE with ecu, harness, accessories, and auto transmission today in exchange for an old xbox and Halo 2. He had no idea what he had (didn't bother telling him either :naughty: ). It's from an SC300 and will be going in an 86.5 N/A. Just wanted to share my christmas present to myself.

BHG...luckily my friend Steve gave me a 1j headgasket (hope it works) and a exhaust manifold for a t3 turbo. I have a Holset HX40 i'm gonna bolt for my first JZ N/A -> T. I'm so excited!

Great find, but you make it sound so sleezy. I doubt someone would just happen to have a motor in their posession and not know what it is. He just doesn't need it anymore so he traded it to you for something he does want. I hope all it is is a blown head gasket.
