My 90 toyota supra turbo

Recently I got a MKIII supra and I loved the car starts up every time. 2 weeks ago we had some rain and i ended up going over a 6 inch divider :( . it put a hole in my oil pan. well after 2 weeks of working on it I ended up dropping the exhaust the drive line and my trans. Fixed my oil pan after having to lift the motor to get my oil pan to drop. Put everything back together. And the fucker doesn't start now :( i haven't messed with anything on the ignition But i did pull the starter of course. After putting my starter back in it doesn't make grinding noise really.Only sometimes :( I replaced the battery cause after a few cranks it drained my battery. I replaced it with a optima battery red top. It cranks. Sometimes goes as far as to have light shaking feeling like the motor is party fired but noting full and strong yet. If you want more details i can give you them. I am just trying to figure all this out.

Put a battery charger on it when you are doing a lot of cranking, it will keep it from dieing. Also, does your tach jump when you crank it? Its not unvcommon to have problems with the CPS on these cars.

So after further inspection and after me cleaning up the ground wire. O found out that there was water in my valve cover and where my spark plugs are. I got a turkey baster and removed all the water and the car starts up fine. My only problem now is that there is a slight knock when the car is idling i assume that's what happened when after the accident i drove my car the rest of the way home.

No gasket there, or a bad one. And yeah if you knocked a hole in the oil pan and drove it home with no oil it's going to be knocking. Time to rebuild or replace.
