So today i did my 89+ tail conversion, im leavin the car wingless and gettin a sunshade, anyone got one for sale by the way? heh, my friend also got his 90 targa a few days ago and we decided to work on the cars...

The car is lookin good man, the tail conversion makes a big difference.

The 90 looks like its in pretty good shape, exept for the rust. Should be a good project though. Good luck and take it easy,

Yeah im going to have to get that rust taken care of... its not bad though cuz i only paid 1200 for the car... so im willing to put in the work.. it will turn out good with alot of tlc and some wisely chosen parts. ill have that piece cut and welded because its really bad. but thats the only harsh part of the body except a bit of a leak in the rear hatch. That and this week im replacing the RUINED rear diff that made the low price possible.

Wow, I never knew Ideal :icon_lol: I'm pretty sure when my car comes back out in spring it will be wingless.

Car looks good Empera, but you need to lower it and the '90 looks good to. Get the rust fixed, rust sucks

i would suggest bilstein, but i'm biased...
they may be a bit pricey, but you can adjust that rake out of the eibach's with them, and they are definetely good struts. they wouldnt be OEM on many cars if they werent.

The car looks good buddy! I still love the DDs, with a nice drop and sunshade it's gonna look good. The 89+ tails do so much for the car, IM me when you are thinking of buying some springs/shocks.
