Nothing To Special in here yet.. My plans is to do a engine swap hopefully soon enough but for now....

FYI i just turned 20 a month ago and I got my own place and school i gotta pay for; hopefully soon i'll be able to do more for it but untill then i gotta cut corners....understand that before you criticize. Everything you see including the car and repairs i paid for with my own money. if you know any short cuts or any other GOOD advice let me know it will be appreciated.

When I first got my my car it looks like this....

Everything was perfect untill the Starter Alternator & Tranny all went out on me... =(

Finaly I get her back on the road change the oil and BHG... ::bhg::

so after more than i bought the car put into it this what you get.

You can't see it but she smiling in the inside....

Now the engine is all set time for goodies in the inside.

So when you have 7 bucks and a couple hours of spare time you get this...

I made her get down and dirty with me...

A little paint-
This was with no prep work besides cleaning just sprayed on...

And well ahh

Don't worry if you make it perfect the brake pads burn off the excess

*painting the exhaust was not a thought out decision it was spur of the moment.... like i got this extra paint what else looks like shit...

I plan on replacing the whole system any recommendations for a N/A ...???*

I still got to fix a couple more things untill i repaint the whole car BLK so expect to see more hopefully soon

Today I decided to do the most basic mod....

The stock system just is old and cracked apart so i used the quick fix....Duct tape.

So a quick trip to autozone and 30 mins later...

Me screwing the filter on....
The damn MAF adaptor they sold me didnt fit so i had to drill it...

All the stuff in the engine bay thats blue came like that when i got the car...

I only did the brakes and exhaust just to tidy it up a bit

Not digging the blue rotors either. I painted mine black but ... doesn't stick out like a sore thumb. Rest looks nice. My MKIII was my first car when I was 18.

in the vid it sounded like the exhaust wasnt connected fully? hole in muffler BIG ONE? yea tell your gf not to do that ever again unless you want a BHG or even rod knock.

seems like its in good condition though good luck with it take care of it.

paint the brakes black, paint the exhaust black, or atleast strip off that crappy paint, swap in a 5 speed, and live like a king afterward..!


oh, and get rid of that shitty PLASTIC intake from autozone (I should know, I put one on my friend's probe for shits and giggles.. )

Duplicolor sells something they say looks like chrome in a spray can, no idea how it looks though.

I've seen it at a few different auto parts stores.

And I kinda like the brakes, but it would be better if the surface was prepped better and not so bumpy maybe...

And I do also like the way it sounds.

I've used it before, it looks good if you do the tons of prepwork so its perfectly smooth. But I wouldn't use it on a high heat application such as the exhaust.

When I used to own an N/A that's what I used. I still use it on my turbo car now.

The only reason why i painted them blue was cuz the car interior was blue...

Was the point of painting them blk then no one can see thats the reason why i painted them a color.....

I think the blue could look good if it was a little darker, and maybe if out calipers wernt so ugly to begin with. The only problem with them imo is that the blue is a little bit too...plastic looking, if that makes any sense? Maybe if it was metallic paint or something...

Yeah i agree with the ugly part thats why i painted them in the 1st place....

I plan on replacing everything anyways down the line just did it cuz i was bored....
