Thanks to all,
The wheels are 18" Tork. The interiors been white since 2000, so it's not a problem. The turbo is a 60 trim, and the other .4% is getting my fuel problem fixed.

what are you boosting and when do you get max spool ? i have the 62-1 i get 1 bar at around 2.8k rpm but its ball bearing.

and also are you surging at all with the hks? i still get some
