Nice.Gonna turn some heads when they hear the 7M sound coming out of the back of a Rustang. You should put a toyota badge where the blue oval is in the grill.:biglaugh:

Sorry, got a few local buddies that are mustang fanatics, just force of habit to call them Rustangs as they blow me shit about my "riceburners"(I call firebirds "firechickens" also.)You could probably get someone on here to machine a toyota emblem squashed down to overlay right on the ford emblem, that way you could see the ford underneath the toyota still.Kick ass project man, sounds awesome, looks quick as hell too.Have you ever got a chance to weigh it?

Are you using the 8.8" rear or the 7.5" rear?

Looks to be a good foundation for a drag car, low weight and can hook (without breaking everything)

its all good man, I weighed it over the summer 2910 without me and 3/4 tank of gas. If you check out my pics in my sig you can see the frontend i made. I still have the rear to gut. but its getting a cage so the weight will hopefully stay around there.

It was a v6 car so it had a open 7.5", now its got a freshly rebuilt 8.8" with 3.73's. Before i put the 8.8 in it had 2.73's, i bet gearing wise it would have gone 200+. you had to be going atleast 55-60 before you could use 5th it was crazy.

I had seen the pics, that's why I wondered how light it was.Been checking it out for the past couple months.Looks like a fun toy.

That is awesome!! I like the foxbody but the power of the 7m. I have owned 5 foxbody 5.0 stangs and I dont think the majority of them will welcome your car, but here is freaking SWEET.
