Amsoil reccomends 6 months I believe. Last oil change I did was at 6 months, so you've got another month in it. But if you would like to do it a bit early theres no harm I suppose.

Generally I go 6 months or 3k miles.

I don't know if this link will lead you there, but this is the Amsoil recommended change intervals page from Amsoil.com

http://www.amsoil.com/lit/g1490.pdf

Also, when an engine sits for a while, moisture (condensation) gets in the crankcase and creates rust. I would go ahead and drive the car for a day or 2. This will allow the oil to collect loose particles and trap them into itself and the filter. Then change the oil and filter.

It sure wouldn't hurt to change the diff oil, and do a drain/refill on the trans too.
