whats the most hp and fastest time anyone here has squeezed out of a ct-26, and what wheel are you using. just curious because im thinking of experimenting with a upgraded ct26- 60-1 to see how much i can possibly sqeeze out of it in a 3000lb body, im sure all of you have noticed somethings up with my 60trim to4 set up on pending on decision to trade

Heh, that's only if you do the NHRA altitude correction. No one seems to like doing that though. So it's a 11.23 on lots of N02. Lemme see if I can find the slip and post it, I've posted the pic before. It's not much of an accomplishment though. Anyone can strip, stall, gear and spray. This should be the norm for us. Afterall, it's routine for the domestics.

Grim, I thought it was 438 and 468?
Nonetheless JBL was using a t04e 60-1 comp wheel.
I think that was another run on the same setup - I just pulled these numbers from his site, under the dyno runs section.

I should point out that John is a tricky son of a gun, (read - he's got years and years of experience) and the chances of anyone else getting the same numbers without putting years of work in are slim to none.

I ran 12.40 @ 119.5 mph on a 57 trim.

I can't seem to find that slip to show right now. I do have a 13.5 slip from the same day after the clutch started slipping real bad. I'll keep looking for it and post it up though.

I have a video of me running 8.43 in the 8th.

This was on a 57 trim, crush bent 2 inch hardpipes, intake, BIC downpipe, 550's and lex. I was running with full interior, spare and jack, 1 12" sub in a q form bandpass box in the trunk. I was running R154 trans, stock clutch, 3.91 gears in the rear. All times were on 235 40 R 17 street tires.

Oh yes, and my 200lb fat ass in the car.
