alright everyone. lets go with the wild speculations.

we will only have so much time left to dream before the conservitive Toyota Manufacturing company crushes them with what ever they release and slap the name of supra on.

they are going to make it fatter, with bigger wheels and its going to be a luxury coupe. no thanks... the only good thing about this car is that it might bring down the price of MKIVs.

When i graduate college, and get a real job this car maybe my first off the lot purchase regardless if its labeled a "supra" or not.I know alot of guys on here dont like its looks, but i do they've definetly grown on me from the pics, but we'll see what the final product has to offer

Nissan had no plans to badge the GT-R as a Nissan until last April. Things change very quickly in the automotive world and especially with things as flexible as names. All that pic says to me is "we are not sure what we will call our next sports car, we are going to wait and see what the competition does and then make the necessary plans"

Nissan could have badged the New GT-R an Infinity. So I think Toyota was keeping its options open incase this car was needed to compete on the Lexus front. Since the GT-R went Nissan, this car will probably go Toyota, which makes it very possible to receive the Supra name plate.

While I will admit the look of this car has definitely grown on me, I’m still not impressed with it over all though. Unless Toyota pulls something amazing out of their hat on this car, the new Nissan GT-R carries more interest for my gadget loving personality.
