was gonna buy tt calipers from dealer..but not sure if i gotta change out the spinsles also, or if they will just bolt on? anybody know?

No, they do not just bolt on.

The MKIV spindles cause the wheels to sit further towards the rear of the car, and further inboard. It really fucks up the handling.
