i got a deal on these mkiv tt chrome rims..i dont really like the chrome(no offence to anyone that has chrome tt wheels) but i rather have the wheels silver. is there a way to make em silver like sanding off the chrome and painting em or something?

The chrome's usually go for twice the price. I'd suggest finding someone who would trade your rims for some silvers + cash if you have the patience/time 
yeah. chromes will be sold for more than the normal silvers. just wait and find those instead of trying to work backwards.

On accident. They fit, but rubbed a considerable amount before full lock. Maybe with smaller tires it might be better. These were 265s.
