These are my in car video from this weekend. They had scales there, and I weighed the car. This is a stock car with My big brakes front and rear, stainless 3 inch exhaust, FNO1R 17x9 wheels with 275/45-17's Nitto 555 RII's.

They ran the beginners with DE2, group, everyone with flashing hazzard lights is a beginner and we were instructed not to pass them until turn 9 (the beginning of the oval) and before the start/finish on the oval.

My Camera didnt work in Session 1, but it was nothing special.

In session 3, fast forward to 11 minutes and 45 seconds, look for flames at the start/finish.

Session 2

Session 3

Heres the car on the scales.

Nice driving enjoyed the videos. That corvette looked odd with that spoiler.

It sounded like you said something in the video, when you were behind that GTO i believe

I take it you're running without the spare and tools?

Still, that's not horribly bad for weight distribution...

PS: Sick download speeds off your server

EDIT: are you sure that's ALL the mods you have done to the car? :sarcasm:

Thats correct, no spare and no real weigh reduction of any kind.

Thats what I thought, but compared to a 3100 lbs C6 thats still a penalty.

Are you serious? I thought so too, but I thought somehow it was going faster cause it was locally hosted on my machine too?

Seriously thats it, STOCK springs cut, in front and stock worn out struts, and stock swaybars and all that. Notice the little boost gauge I duct taped on the column, the first bright tick mark is 5 psi and the one at the top is 10 psi, I seem to see around 12 psi at some point and it falls off at the top of the rpms but im not sure why.

You really need to get a wind sock for your camera if you are going to use that mic and have your windows down. I hate watching a cool vid like that without sound, but couldnt take more than a couple minutes of wind static. Your Sup' is also pretty quiet It seems like for a track car. Gotta be alot of fun still!

Hey I was wondering since you are in that area if you recognize these two cars:

This is my brother in laws car, I have no idea what it looks like now these pics were taken quite a while ago.

This is his bosses car. He owns a performance shop in Tucson that specializes in Z cars (or at least they did). All of those shots were taken at PIR on that same track. I wondered if maybe these guys were still around. I did the photos and enlargments for them years ago.

Was getting just over 600kb/sec steady...

Your brakes where really showing on that first corner off the oval, you'd fly into it while everyone wussed out...

Yea it has a Brulen (sp) exhaust, Im borrowing it for a while, its very quiet, I really like it. Yea its just a little digital camera I cant even tell where the mic is. Oh I just found it I think I will see if I can tape a little piece of foam over it for next time. I hate it too, but the only thing worth listening to is the Supercharged Mustang passing me and the GT40 passing, and leaving me.

The first one looks familiar but then again a ton of people go for that look. I remember a dude that was from Tucson, if its the same guy I used to autocross with him at Tempe Diablo Stadium back in the very early 90's, 1989 and 1990 to be exact. I won the Arizona Region E Modified class in 1990 in a convertible Z like the one I built my dad, only mine was black primer. That dude with the white car had 3 piece wheels with plastic wheel centers, I thought they were COOL AS HELL at the time, but they obviously never caught on. They were super light.

Im glad you noticed, I actually took it easy, when there was traffic. I didnt want to scare or offend anyone, but if you notice I can get as close to the back of anyone I want under braking. I wasnt even coming close to taxing the brakes.

Nice Video's :bigthumb:

I got killer speeds too. i averaged about 950k-1.0mb per second

Also in the first clip at about 4:40 it looked like that mustang was about to hit the wall after his tires broke loose
Man you guys are really paying attention. Yea that dudes car was way faster than mine in a straight line, (Supercharged Mustang) and he said thats why he let me pass. He got it sideways way closer to the wall than he liked, and said he decided to cool it for the next few laps.

Glad it downloaded fast... Maybe I will post/host some more videos.
