mkIII fuel pump relay

ive got the na supra 7gme engine in ym supra. the problem is i changed out the old IM gaskets and the valve cover gaskets. Now my car wont start an i cant figure out why. The fuel pump relay is just buzzing and its liek theres a ground missing. There are a shit load of wires and such haning from the underneath of the intake manifold. Has anyone has any problems with the same occurence? I went and got a new relay and that too is buzzing so it must be a ground but where?

There are a shit load of wires and such haning from the underneath of the intake

umm are they connected? under the intake you have: two knock sensors, two VSVs, the CSI, and the harness ground wires.

i bet he left off that group of ground wires at the back of the intake maifold near the firewall! check that!
