In a strange turn of events, the rx-7 i was selling got totaled and i'm getting a MKIII out of it.
I pick it up tomorrow. 1990 Turbo, white exterior, burgundy interior. targa. just what I wanted... minus the interior color, but it was the late 80's early 90's... you can't blame toyota for what was rad back then
It's far from perfect, but It runs well and will be a good project. the exhaust needs a total overhaul. Suspension probably needs help too. But its getting close to summer and the targa will be out more often than not so who cares.

Big thanks for all the info everyone has contributed on this site. It took the MKIII from being an unreliable boat (in my mind) to being a world class sports/GT car (which it is).
