MKIII 1JZ Question

im sorry i didnt find this question in any post so im gonna ask, is the factory boost guage in a mkiii mechanical or electric?...i have a mechanical boost guage that i wanna put in place of the stock one, but im not to sure which one i need wether it be mechanical or electrical!:1zhelp:

damn, ok thanks!...oh and sorry to go off topic, but when i took my boost gauge outta my old car, now instead of it staying at 0 it statys at 10 in the vaccum but its just lying here, does it need to be re-calibrated? or will it be ok when i hook it up

If it's electric, it will sit at the lowest point of the scale. If it's mechnical, it will sit at 0.
