Do the mk4 17" alloys fit onto the a70 chassis? Do you need spacers etc

Fronts are 8j et50mm
Rears are 9.5j et50mm

You don't need spacers. But, when I had them, I was recommended getting 25mm up front and 15mm in the back to make them flush. You'll have to get a quality set of spacers up front though. The ones that don't use your stock studs to bolt to the wheel.

But, it is true. You should have searched. I made a thread myself after no luck finding the answers.

I tried the search and found that the wheels did fit, but I meant do they fit properly and require spacers etc

Cheers

perfect fit, no spacers required. you do NOT need the mk4 lug nuts either as is popular belief. The center caps fit just fine with the long mk3 lug nuts
