Why?

Because you got it for free, and don't want to buy the one you need?

Sounds like a pretty reasonable reason to me... why spend 250$ unnecessarily if a OEM toyota part does the job just as well.

FYI i have no idea if the MK4 FPR actually works but just dont understand your response.

Help him or gtfo.

thank you, i don't want to get a upgraded FPR yet, cause i m not doing anything to the car for 2 years. I just happen have friends that have FPR but for mk4 and just wanted to know if they worked or not.

I ll just order a brand new one from Elmhurst, just to have a piece of mind.

Very well then good day, to you as well, I see you have a '92 as well there, how the condition of your supra?

pretty good, mostly stock 92 with 90000 miles on it. I have a thread with a bunch of pictures of it somewhere on here. everyone knows 92 is the best year :)

edit: found the thread http://www.supramania.com/forums/showthread.php?t=76412

nothing has changed on it yet, but i just bought a 3" BIC DDP for it.

92 isn't the best year (where do rumors like this get started?) It's just the second most rare (behind the 93's in japan) and likely to have the least amount of wear and tear.

besides airbags, there aren't any major changes after 89...

92's are not a bad way to start. There are not many differences, though the '89 does have a 6m Crank. The '92 just seem to be nice to have, I have one, but I have had a ' 86.5 '87 '90, '91 '92

I was joking my friend, hence the smiley. But I do prefer the body colored moldings and the shadow grey leather that 91's/92's have. I also really like the special maroon and teal color that was offered for 91 and 92.

I do like 89's steering wheel the best though. But yes, 89 and ups are all about the same, and imo more desirable then an 87 or 88.

I really do like the same things you do. I like the Cd player too, and the Teal Supra, which I finally got a hold of.

I realise you have probably been asked why do you want to do something also, that you shouldn't do. A JZA80 fuel pressure regulator is not OEM to an MA70. If you don't understand the response, why did you comment on it. Worthless no information troll. I did tell him what to do.

It is the right thing to do.
