I have a blank key for a mk4 supra sittin here that looks pretty cool, do you think I would be able to get it cut for my mk3? they keys look fairly similar, but the mk4 key has a slit going down the side (shouldn't make a difference when cut...)

dont know about the key, but it looks to me like the top cover can be popped off and put on any key.

90ish to 92 got a different key then 86.5-90ish. It's very likely that 90ish to 98 all used the same key blank. Those keys look very similar to my 92 key...

Compare them to your key, I have a 90 and my key blanks look almost exactly like my friends old mk4 keys, I got new keys cut when I bought mine since the owner only had one and it was old, now have 5 with plastic black heads on them kinda plain.
