Hello supra mania

I have a 1988 supra turbo that last June I swapped a JDM 7m with an upgraded t4 turbo and manifold/wastegate, I refurbished the whole motor, new gaskets seals water pump timing belt hks head gasket arp studs pulled the bearings and inspected them they were in perfect condition same with the pistons anyways I've been driving it since then working perfectly fine and in late February I decided to get a new oil pressure gauge, and found a nice on in a set with a water temo gauge. Wired the gauges in but with the amount of line provided in the kit I had to route it past the turbo not all the way around the intake mani and back through the firewall, so when the turbo got hot the line melted and started spraying oil everywhere which I think must have caught on an exposed piece of wire and long story short a huge engine fire. I managed it put it out with snow and had it towed home. I replaced every wire past the exhaust valve cover peeling the old wires apart and matching them up with new 16g wire I bought, I replaced the oil feed and drain lines from the turbo and the oil pressure line (bought a longer line) and at the same time bought a new rad and ic kit from Driftmotion cause the old piping was burnt, got this all installed nicely with some custom work haha. Anyways though All of the wiring to the sensors is correct I am 100% sure they are all plugged in and the only code I get (with e1 and te1 jumped) is 22 (cold start injector sensor) because that plug is broken, but this shoudnt stop the engine from starting right? My battery is fully charged the starter cranks the motor it coughs for a second then just cranks over and over. I've checked all the fuses and relays, checked the grounds for the coil packs, intake mani, and at the back of the head, set the cps according to the tsrm (I have done this before and gotten it to run back when I swapped the motor) I know I am getting fuel (I undid the cold start injector and cranked for a second fuel sprayed out) I know I'm getting spark I pulled the #1 and 6 plugs and tested them by grounding them against the side of the head and cranking the engine they had a nice bright blue spark. The cel is on when I turn the key to start but after I stop cranking it remains on and doesn't go back to its error code cycle, I've been pulling my hair out trying to get this thing started for a week, anyone have any advice?
