MK3 Supra T67 Build

I got this supra in summer of 2008. It has no rust. Its a 1990 model. Gray leather with power everything. I start working on it as soon as i got it but just never got the chance to post it up. Ive always been around supra since 1998 but just never bought one because ive always been a dsm guy until now. I sold all my dsm and moved into supras. Here we go.

My plan for now is just the stock bottom end with supporting mods.

power goals....400-500hp

Heres what ive done so far..

Stock bottom end
hks 1.2mm mhg
arp studs
new oil pump
new water pump
all new gasket
eibach springs
hks turbo timer
AFC 2
FMIC with 2 1/2 pipings
hks ss bov
SX regulator kit with fuel gauge
comp turbo T67
Drewgo turbo manifold
44mm wg
rps clutch kit
alluminium flywheel
Chrome mk4 wheels...235 in front ....275 drag radials in rear
boost gauge
egt
255fp 12 volt rewired
Custom magnaflow 3" exhaust system
aem wideband
680cc
hks vpc
dna mbc



Im planning to get this project done by the spring of 2010 and hit the dyno for some numbers. Ill keep you guys updated.

looks good!
the catch can needs a source from the throttle body and intake for it to work properly, that way you have it hooked up now isnt really doing anything.
other than that, very clean. i like it.

Its route to the intake pipe but i took it off for some pics

nice build what are the specs on the turbo? I have a 67mm turbo with .84 hotside spool is slow but it hits like crazy!!!!!! But you need a FFIM and I have the perfect one for you PM and I will give you some details!

hit 8psi by 3400-3500rpm...just doing low boost for now

UPDATE.......I got a hold of a hks vpc. Just installed it today and it runs great. next upgrade is 550cc and wideband than ready for tune, dyno.

Little update on the supra. rewired 12v to fuel pump, aem wideband install, got some 680cc from driftmotion, thanks Aaron for the hook up. doing 15psi right now and soon to the dyno.

How much boost are you planning on running with 93 octane, if that's what you run? I'm interedted in seeing how much power that turbo makes in comparrison to my pt67. Car looks great by the way.

Update....planning to hit the dyno mybe in 2 or 3 weeks. Little delay on the project cause ive been over the road in the transportation business. Will update soon on the numbers. Planning to run 20psi on pump and 22-23psi on race if it dont blow up.

i wouldnt suggest going right up to 20psi on pump gas unless you have water meth injection, maybe step it up. no pont risking the engine for a number...
