Two weeks ago I was racing at the Music City Motorplex in the Nashville Fairgrounds. It's nothing special, just 1/8mi and with a green light halfway down to tell you when to go.
I never get to race anything good :3d_frown: just honda civics crxs integras 240s blah blah blah but tonight there was another supra there so I was, of course, :biglaugh: , because I never see Supras in Nashville. I walk up to him and start a clean little convo when he turns into a dick and talks about my car like it belongs in a junkyard. This dude hasnt even got the turbo, just the 7m... so I ask him for a race and he sighs and says fine.
After a half hour of waiting for the burnout contest to end we get our chance. We line up and wait for the signal and at green I drop from like 4 grand. Immediately I get the jump on him and hold him off barely until we get past the 1/8 mi line. This was the beginning of the eliminations so he left and I didnt get to talk to him again. Looks like the old celicasups arent too bad. Im not raggin on mk3s I really like them and would love to buy one when I find a decent one turboed for cheap.
