MK3 2JZ Single turbo setup. GT35R or GT40R?

I have a 2JZ and an 89' MK3, still waiting for some parts to drop it in, such as a rear sump oil pan etc. Anyways, just wondering what single turbo setups people are running out there. I was thinking of going Garrett GT40R but im unsure of what manifold I should run. Im worried about any clearance issues. Any info. will be greatly appreciated.:1zhelp: :icon_bigg :icon_surp

Im running a GT60 on a log manifold basicly PHR's stage 1 turbo. no issues with clearance.
