well i have this idea well since i have owned my 85mk2

i noted some thing from it the water pump belt is a nice fat ribbed one comparded to the 7mgte really thin ribbed belt

well if you look at the 85 6m jdm i found out they used same alt pullie as the 85 5mge

so this mean's if there the same it should bolt up to our 6m cranks

ps the alt and water pump pullies are swabale between the 5m and the 7m

so this whould be pretty cool mod i think and i want to do itbutneedot asked these qestions frist to see if i am right or not

hummmmm i don't think that will be an issue a blancer is blancer in less there is huge weight diff between the 2

that i can't see there being since the 5m crank's blancer is pretty much the same as ours cetp the crankis bit diffent

any one got pic of 6m blancer off 85 jmd supra

A different stroke length from different rods, pistons, and crankshaft between a 2.8 and 3.0 are not the same. So the harmonics are different also.

5mge 2.8 low comp 8 ratio
5mge 2.8 high comp 9 ratio
6mge 3.0 high comp 9 ratio

yes it was only in japan the 6mge in the 85 or 86 mk2 supra they had neat bages from them as well but not certon on what they looked like

the 6m was a test motor for the 7m

just like the 1j was test for the 2j
