well I just bought this supra,

it was bogging realy bad under boost,
well I went to change the plugs and they were completely submerged in oil,
so I changed the vc gaskets, then the plugs, and then the wires, took if for a test drive and it ran great.

but I also noticed I am maxing out my boost gauge
8+psi the needle will just peak to the top,

and the car gets verry boggy,

but If I am easy on the throttle and keep it under 8psi It would run great

well on the wat home from that drive,

all of the sudden it just started missing like all hell,
thruout the whole rpm band,

it never even missed this bad with the oil around the plugs...

I am realy confused........

the plugs a bosch, gapped at .032
wires are xact,

I swapped out coil packs, pulled the plugs, checked the wires,
oh and while I am trying to fix all of this it starts over heating like a hell,

the gauge just peaked to the top, I had just changed my radiator, and I thought I burped the system good enough, but maybe not,

I am kinda starting to think bhg, the car also has 170k, lol.
it has had good maintanence, but I dunno.

I am a rotary guy, I have had 5 rx7's, I always wanted a turbo mk3, so I got this one, I dunno what I should check next, is there a simple way to check for a bhg? I don't have the tools to check the compression,
is there a more simple way?

thanx!

Bosch plugs are a POS, never heard of the plug wires... You need NGK wires and NGK plugs/or Autolites. If you get Autolites get the coppers, either the 6 series plugs or 7 series, 7 is colder ;).

Any waterfall sound behind the dash? Buy a leakdown tester kit they're cheap. Search on this site for that, full instructions on how to do it, and where to get the supplies are on here.

Jack up the front of your car to where the muffler is almost touching the ground, then burp it ;).

Ninja edit:: I'm a slow ass typer, I was beat to the puch ;).

well,

I cant see just a bad brand of plugs causing a horrible missfire,
bad brand name or quality or whatever they are still brand new,

they should at least last 50miles I would think.....

and I burped it this morning and there was alot of bubles in the system I think I got them all out, it wasn't overheating, but when I shut the car off I hear realy loudly like waterfall towards the verry verry back of the motor/firewall, and steam coming out from all around the motor
(I spilled quite abit of coolant when burping it/ filling it)

but the overflow is also just pouring out coolant everytime I shut it off.

I don't know what to do or where to start,
damnit this is frustating, I have had this car for 3days

( and this is coming from a rotary owner lol )

thanx for the help guys!

welcome to the 7M bhg club. Its very liberal, encompassing fellow 7M owners from around the world. Dues include long nights rebuilding your 7M and alternately cursing and venerating the fickle 7M Gods. MHG's and ARP's are your allies in this battle.

Welcome to the club ;). Time for a rebuild! That's the best part of a BHG. Go ahead and park it, drain the oil and antifreeze (may want to put fresh coolant in it for the winter ;).
