at idle the car is missing and generally running rough, once i idle it up a bit it smoothes out slightly it isnt too bad when driving untill i boost(8psi) then it starts to spudder and goes nowhere, and i mean nowhere it is faster n/a than it is on boost as is, i am just looking for what this might be.. i am not getting a check engine light, at all.. not even if i un-hook the map sensor wich i kniow would promote a CEL.. let me know if u have any ideas

does yur CEL come on for a few seconds before you start your car? if not then its not wired correctly or someone removed the bulb in the cluster or its burnt out.
as for the sputtering have you checked your plugs?
