The front crank seal and oil pump driveshaft seal are right on the front of the block. If you are doing your timing belt you will be able to access these 2 seals with ease. The rear main you have to have the trans and flywheel out.

Then delete the timing belt and the flywheel bolts in your list. The timing belt won't come off unless you remove the crank pulley. At that point the seals are all exposed on the front side.

Form In Place Gasket

Its kinda like silicone caulk, but for cars.

You'll need it to do the cam seals, when you put the front cam bearing caps back on they need a line of FIPG inbetween them and the head.

Is this a toyota specific part? Or any autoparts store?

Two small 90 deg coolant hoses:
1) From the big banjo fitting at the back of the head to the block hard line
(I would replace the banjo fitting and bolt as well)
2) From the water neck to the same hard line, except in the front. (you might have listed this one)

Also, coolant hoses from the small dia fitting to the TB and ISC back to the block...3 hoses total.

WERD!!!! Those things are little bitches! Replace then now and often. Especially the one on the back, it gets so much heat from the turbo and exhaust manifold that it cracks and leaks like once a year!
