mill/drill/lathe?

i've been dying to get my hands on a vertical mill or mill/drill/lathe combo for a long time now, just to get some experience with it and hopefully make a part here and there. it seems like they've just got so much potential! anyone have one in their shop (not to sell, just to show/tell)?
