metal head gaskets

guys i need help here im in the preocess of rebuildingmy engine and im trying to pick a metal head gasket for it but they are so many of them and different sizes that i dont know wich ones aplies to me.....im using .30 pistons what size u guys think is correct for my applicacion

How much did you get shaved off the head and block?

Just take that number and add it to 1.2 to remain at stock compression. They probably don't have your exact specific size gasket, so get the closest one.
